We regret that we are unable to process your request for medical expense
reimbursement for Timothy Cratchett. According to our records, your
employer, Mr. Ebenezer Scrooge, consulted with a person or company named
"Ghost of Christmas Future" as to the future well-being of Timothy.

Under our rules, you must obtain permission before obtaining out-of-plan
medical care or consulting. We do, however, have a provision emergencies
but we must be able to verify the services with the out-of-plan provider.
Since neither you nor Mr. Scrooge have been able to supply us with a
contact address for "Ghost of Christmas Future", we must reject your request.
